Gilles Vincent du Laurier is Partner within the GTPS Department of Fidal. He practices in the field of tax law, in particular with respect to transfer pricing and international transactions. Gilles notably assists in advising multinationals on their worldwide transfer pricing strategies. His responsibilities include determining, evaluating, and documenting intercompany pricing arrangements.

Gilles had advised numerous large MNEs with respects their transfer prices including, implementing worldwide transfer pricing documentations and tax planning. He has notably an expertise in the following areas:

- ;Trademark and patent valuations (APA with IRS) ;

- ;Valuations and documentation for various types of intragroup financial transactions (loans, mezzanine, cash pooling, convertible bonds, guarantees, insurance captives, etc.).

He has developed a significant expertise in various sectors such as pharmaceutical, banking, insurance, investment funds and oil and gas companies.

He has been a member of the French Bar since 1999.

Gilles Vincent du Laurier holds a Master's degree in tax and business law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), as well as a postgraduate degree in Insurance Law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and a postgraduate degree in Management from the ESSEC Business School (France).
