Charlette advises French and international clients and managers primarily in M&A and private equity issues, in a broad range of sectors ranging from B-to-B services, tourism, distribution, industry and agro-business. She has also developed expertise in corporate governance.

In connection with the above, Charlette works closely with our specialized teams (tax, labor law, IP, etc.) in order to define and implement the most effective strategies for her clients.

Charlette is part of the private equity team, in which she develops the law firm’s doctrine and trains the team.

Charlette Mercier joined the Fidal corporate team in 2012 (Rennes), after 8 years in a parisian law firm where she was an Associate in corporate law. She has a Magister degree in Business Law (DJCE Montpellier - 2003) and a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School (Droit des Affaires Internationales et Management - 2004).
