  • Expertise in construction litigation, primarily in connection with large-scale real estate projects (hospitals, factories, etc.). Represents clients across a wide variety of disputes involving claims in both contract and tort. Also advises clients on their contract dispute resolution strategies and the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to be included in their contractual documents.
