Caroline joined Fidal in 2007, after 13 years in French and Anglo-Saxon firms. Caroline has extensive experience in advising, negotiating and defending companies. She assists clients in the implementation of their corporate transformation, the management of their labor relations and support in their restructuring. She defends them before the courts, particularly in high-risk litigation and URSSAF inspections, and accompanies them in mediation.

Working alongside General Management and Human Resources Departments, she helps them to understand their social obligations, from the perspective of HR compliance and in line with their CSR policy. She implements risk management tools (delegations of powers, professional alerts, ethics & CSR charters, management of reports and internal investigations).

She acts on behalf of national and international companies, in particular within the framework of our international legal network UNYER.

She teaches Social Issues at Sciences Po Paris.

She is administrator and treasurer of Medef Hauts-de-Seine.
