Bertrand Delaigue joined Fidal in 2002 and is specialized in French and international tax law.

His clients are French and international groups and investment funds operating mainly in the financial, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.

He assists clients with their acquisition, divestment, financing and restructuring transactions, with their operational tax management issues and in their disputes with the tax authorities.

His representative engagements include advising:
- a French pharmaceutical laboratory for a major acquisition in the United States;
- Société Générale for the acquisition of the ETF business of CommerzBank.

Bertrand Delaigue holds a postgraduate degree in Business and Tax (DJCE – DESS) from Université Lyon III (Tax Law Certificate).
