Aymeric Hamon joined Fidal more than 20 years ago. He is now a partner in the Labor department of the firm’s Paris Regional Division.

He assists mainly large groups and SMEs in the legal management of their individual and collective employment relations (social dialogue, collective bargaining and staff representative procedures), and advises and guides them through their reorganizations (transfers, mergers, closures, etc.).

His practice also includes assisting in collective disputes (regarding collective agreements, expert appraisals, elections, annual performance reviews, etc.).

Since the enactment of the Warsmann Act, he has assisted numerous businesses/organizations in the implementation of telework and regularly provides training on the subject.
