Aurélie assists companies, from start-ups to mid-sized companies, in the field of intellectual property (Trademarks, Designs, Patent and similar rights, Copyright and similar rights), information technologies (Internet, software, personal data), competition law, distribution and consumption, both upstream (consulting, strategy, audit, filing, due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts in French and English) and at the pre-litigation and litigation stage (objection, action for infringement of patent and unfair competition).
Her work has led her to intervene more particularly in the digital, IT, mobile apps, automotive industry, food-processing industry and funeral parlour sectors, but also in the field of health.
She also takes part in one-to-one and group training courses in these various fields.
