After having worked for several Parisian firms (Clifford Chance, Georges Holleaux, Michel Céoara), he joined Fidal in 2001.

His practice encompasses advice and litigation in public contracts, public domain, institutional cooperation and economic police for both public and private operators.

More specifically , he is involved in the areas of public works, networks, health, innovation / research and solidarity economy.

He also developed a specific expertise in liability of public authorities.

He regularly publishes in various journals.
