Lawyer in corporate and commercial law, Antoine assists companies of all sizes on both advisory and litigation matters.
His business law practice has led him to develop special expertise in the areas of distressed companies, restructuring and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, judicial reorganization, judicial liquidation) as well as commercial leases and arbitration.
Antoine is also a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.
He holds a DESS degree in legal and financial engineering (IGR-IAE of Rennes), a DESS degree in internal business law (University of Rennes 1) and an LLM (University of Exeter).
