Since 2013, Anne-Laure has managed the Valuation Technical Department at Fidal's national level.
She is in charge of the Transfer Pricing and Valuation Department in Paris.

With an extensive economic and financial background and more than twenty-five years of experience in this field, she assists companies in structuring their value chain and transfer pricing policy.

Anne-Laure has also developed a specific expertise in valuation. Each year, she performs on average about 50 valuation studies involving a wide range of assets (companies, unlisted shares, goodwill, trademarks, patents, lines of business, etc.) and in various contexts (internal restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfers, etc.).

In particular, she has been involved in mergers between listed/unlisted companies, exits of minority shareholders and LBOs.

She successfully defends the interests of companies in their negotiations with tax authorities in the context of tax audits, Advance Pricing Agreements, and Mutual Agreement Procedures on transfer pricing or valuation issues.

Finally, she has been mandated on several occasions as an independent expert.
