With over 23 years of experience in the insurance sector, Anne-Isabelle Torti represents and counsels French and foreign insurers and corporate policyholders in litigation and advisory matters relating notably to: industrial risks, civil liability (general, professional, product, environmental, etc.), risks related to new technologies, compensation for personal injury, and special risks.

She represents her clients before French courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as in mediation and conciliation procedures. She also assists them with foreign proceedings via a network of correspondent firms.

In addition to her litigation work, she regularly advises on matters relating mainly to the drafting and analysis of insurance contracts, insurance portfolio audits and risk evaluation.

She also counsels industrial sector clients on the insurance, real estate and construction law issues surrounding the management of their production facilities and activities.

She is the head of Fidal’s insurance litigation team.
