Anne focuses her practice on M&A and private-equity transactions for French and foreign corporate clients and investment funds. Anne joined Fidal as a partner in 2009. Before joining Fidal, Anne practiced in the M&A department of Norton Rose Fullbright in Paris. A dual French-American citizen, she works equally in both English and French, and has developed a significant experience in leading international transactions that involve coordinating lawyers in multiple jurisdictions.
Anne’s practice includes corporate finance transactions, managing shareholders’ relationships, corporate governance and employee share schemes. In charge of Fidal’s UK desk, she oversees the development of the firm’s Brexit-related services.
Anne holds a postgraduate DEA degree in private law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (graduating first in her class). She has been a lecturer at Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as at EM LYON. She has recently advised Naxicap, Ardian, Abenex, RATP Capital Innovation, as well as the companies Crosstalent and Centum Adetel, in merger and acquisition transactions.
