Anne's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and private-equity transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures) for French and foreign corporate clients and investment funds (buy-side and sell-side). Anne joined Fidal as a partner in 2009. Before joining Fidal, Anne practiced in the M&A department of Norton Rose Fullbright in Paris. A dual French-American citizen, she works equally in French and in English, and has developed a significant experience in leading international transactions that involve coordinating lawyers in multiple jurisdictions.
Anne’s practice also includes corporate finance transactions, managing shareholders’ relationships, corporate governance and employee share incentive schemes. Anne is in charge of Fidal’s UK desk.
Anne holds a postgraduate DEA degree in private law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (graduating first in her class). She has been a lecturer at Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as at EM LYON and HEC.
