Alexandre Marescaux is a French lawyer specialising in economic law in the Fidal Brussels office since 2021. He is active in French and European competition, distribution and regulatory law.

Alexandre is involved in all areas of competition and distribution law: anti-competitive practices (cartels / abuse of dominant position / claims for damages), State aid, mergers and commercial relationships (commercial contracts, distribution networks, payment terms, unfair business practices etc).


In addition, Alexandre has developed a strong expertise in sectorial regulation and product certification, mainly in the fields of the food industry (labelling and packaging, regulatory compliance, sanitary controls, etc.), the chemical industry (REACH, CLP, Biocides, Phytosanitary, etc.) and the manufacturing industry (low-voltage electrical equipment, personal protective equipment, waste management, etc.).
