Specialized in tax law, Alexandre has very broad expertise in the area and serves as counsel to both companies and their executives.

He focuses his practice on business structuring and acquisition transactions, corporate and group taxation, tax audits and tax disputes.

Alexandre has also developed special expertise in advising executives and individuals on the tax planning and transmission of their wealth or business. He has, moreover, conducted numerous training courses on corporate and wealth taxation, for companies, executives and certified accountants.

He also co-authors the annual “IR-IFI” (personal income tax – real estate wealth tax) supplement of the Echos newspaper.
