Alexandre ARBABE is a lawyer specialized in the field of health and corporate laws.

His experience in the field of the health sector companies comes from a continuing practice of consolidation and restructuring since almost fifteen years.

Alexander is more particularly known for his practice in the field of structuring private hospital and various medical professions (including biology, medical imaging, surgeons, dermatologists...).

He has also managed the Fidal Healthcare Dept..

Alexandre advised also several French industrial groups in the framework of their external growth operations. Alexander has previously worked for more than ten years as a corporate lawyer in real estate companies and French and international groups specialized in the sector of the food industry.
