For multi-national groups (“MNE Groups”) which have a consolidated turnover exceeding M€ 750 in at least two of the four fiscal years immediately preceding the tested year, Pillar 2 is often seen as (i) something which is not relevant if there is no top-up tax to pay or (ii) a regulation which is still highly unstable and which should not be looked at too early.
 
At Fidal and the WTS Global tax network it joined in 2021, we do not have the same perception. Pillar 2 is for sure a complicated and burdensome project to handle but if it is driven properly, it might significantly improve the tax management of the group which has to comply.
 
For this purpose, Fidal and WTS Global have set up a truly international team able to address all the issues raised by a pillar 2 project, be they tax, accounting, process or IT, whatever the reporting system used by the MNE Group.

We would be happy to share with you our first practical experiences during a webinar which will take place on Tuesday, June 14^th from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM.

After having briefly reminded the rules, we will dedicate most of the presentation to the project phase and the IT tools which have been developed.
