Summary
Dr. Jalal El Ahdab, a partner in Fidal’s Paris office, is a member of the Beirut, New York, and Paris bars. For nearly 30 years, he has served as counsel, arbitrator, mediator, and expert in more than 250 domestic and international cases, covering a wide range of sectors, including agri-food, banking and financial services, construction and infrastructure, energy, information technology, sports, and telecommunications. He has held and continues to hold positions of responsibility within numerous leading arbitration institutions, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, CAS, and VIAC.
He is currently President of the CIMAC Court in Casablanca and a member of the VIAC Advisory Committee in Vienna. The author of numerous publications on arbitration, he has co-authored dozens of articles as well as two reference works: one on arbitration in Arab countries (Kluwer) and the other on French law, co-authored with Professor Mainguy (LexisNexis).
