Alice Berendes assists companies by designing and implementing strategies to protect their products and their added value , including filing trademarks and design patents. She also negotiates agreements related to copyright and know-how. She also strives to defend her clients’ rights in disputes related to copyright, trademark, design patent, underhand competition issues or violation of know-how.

Alice is particularly experienced in patent law. Over the past 12 years, she has been involved in numerous litigations (ownership claims and infringement actions) in a variety of fields such as aviation, automotive and the pharma industry.

Today, she works on patent issues (strategy, audit and litigation) in close collaboration with Fidal Innovation patent agents. Alice is often involved with negotiating and executing research and consortium agreements.
