Further to a first work experience in a Paris law firm, Ugo VIANEZ has joined the Fidal Midi Toulousain team in 2020.

Ugo advises and assists shareholders and managers of small and medium-sized companies, freelance professionals and also individuals in their tax issues.

He also advises local companies on corporate tax in the context of their management and restructuring operations, the transfer of businesses, the assistance in case of tax audits and litigation.

Ugo is a member of the Toulouse Bar and holder of the "Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion" (2017). He also graduated from the University of Montpellier (Master 2 Business Law and Taxation - DJCE, 2015 / Magistère DJCE, 2012 - 2015).
