Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère advises listed and non-listed companies on their M&A transactions. Her practice also includes assisting with corporate governance, the preparation of shareholders’ meetings, executive compensation and shareholding, financial reporting and the prevention of market abuses.
She has written many articles and co-authored studies on takeover bids (Lexis Nexis) and on the role of board members in strategic transactions (Legal Commission of the IFA). She provides training courses for the board members and in-house legal departments of listed companies (with MiddleNext and the SFAF).
Before joining Fidal, Stéphanie worked in the M&A department of Gide. She was temporarily seconded to Areva (Orano) to replace its corporate general counsel.
Stéphanie is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a DESS postgraduate degree in business law/tax law and a DJCE Master degree from the Université Panthéon Assas. She has also studied at the law school of the University of California at Berkeley.
Her recent representative engagements include advising EDF, Allianz Real Estate France, MBDA, the CDC, Predica and IBM on their M&A transactions.
