Sophie has a Masters degree in Business Law (DJCE Rennes) and a LLM in International Business Law (Kingston, London). Sophie advises and defends companies and individuals, in France as well as internationally.

She works in company taxation, CIT, tax restructuring, international tax Law, personal income tax.

Sophie works regularly with other teams in the firm and sometimes in collaboration with our experts abroad, often acting as a tax advisor in acquisition projects, business transfers in France and internationally (tax audits, structuring memos...)

Sophie has developed broad expertise in the area of tax innovation and is a member of a working group that deals with specific issues linked to the French Researchers of Tax Credit (CIR). She also collaborates with Fidal's scientific consultants who act as advisors at the French Ombudsman of business.

Sophie regularly carries out professional training courses for Fidal Formation and for the EDAGO Bar Law School.
