Sophie joined FIDAL after significant experience in the Human capital department of Taj (Deloitte). She assists international companies in the structuring of their international mobility policy and in the transfer management of their employees.

Her expertise includes the practicalities of employee transfers abroad and in France as well as issues related to trusts.

Sophie is also specialized in the taxation of financial products in an international context and works in close collaboration with major foreign banks in order to assist them customize their offer to French tax residents but also to help them with the edition of specific French tax reports.
