Experienced in Corporate M&A/Private Equity matters (acquisition, disinvestment, the entire lifecycle of a company from start-up to blue chip companies, drafting SPAs, guarantee packages, Shareholders agr., ancillary agr., fundraising, issuance of hybrid instruments such as preferred shares, convertible bonds, etc.).

Acting on various projects for manufacturing, trading and innovative companies (listed or non-listed) and investment funds, to set up JV, distribution structure, franchise, and to design and implement restructuring projects (domestic and/or cross-border issues, whatever the fields of activity (retail, fodd processing, chemical industries, IP/IT, etc.)
