After practicing in several different international groups and firms, she joined Fidal in 1996 and was appointed Deputy Regional Director, Rhône-Alpes, in 2013.
In this capacity, together with Jean-Godefroy Desmazières, she represents the firm in the Rhône-Alpes region, manages a team of 155 professionals and creates the conditions conducive to their success, for the benefit of the clients’ development and in accordance with the firm’s values.
In her litigation practice, Marie represents her clients before the Autorité de la Concurrence (French competition authority), arbitration tribunals and civil and commercial courts. She also assists them with the legal optimization of their negotiation practices and by conducting audits of their sales, purchase and distribution policies, under both French and EU law.
