She advises companies listed on Euronext and Euronext Growth in connection with their corporate and securities law obligations and with their issues relating to market abuse, governance, financial reporting and shareholders (preparation of annual general meetings, review of annual reports, prevention of market abuses, stock buyback programs, assistance on the crossing of statutory thresholds, creation of free share plans, etc.).

She also assists listed companies with their one-off transactions (IPOs, securities issues, acquisitions of equity interests, M&A).

Magali Zambenedetti holds a Master degree in business law and a Master 2 degree in economics and business law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
