For more than 20 years, Isabelle has advised mainly banking and financial institutions, assisting them with their clients’ solvent financial restructuring operations, out-of-court procedures (ad hoc mandates, conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (judicial safeguard, reorganization and liquidation), with a special emphasis on litigation and real estate financing.

Isabelle joined Fidal after having served as co-Managing Partner of WTS France, member of WTS GLOBAL.

A graduate of the Institut Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) with a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the Université de PARIS I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Isabelle has been regularly ranked as a “Leading” counsel to Banks and Creditors in the “Strategy, Restructuring & Reorganization” category of the DECIDEURS LEADERS LEAGUE Guide since 2017, as well as ** in the “Preventing Business Difficulties and Debt Renegotiation” category by OPTION FINANCE/OPTION & DROIT DES AFFAIRES in 2020-2021. The Team she co-heads won the Silver Trophy in the “Restructuring and Insolvency Proceedings” category (LEADERS LEAGUE) in 2020 and 2021.
