Guillaume is responsible for Fidal's Product Regulation practice group at national level.

He is leading the practices in Fidal Paris's Economic law Department covering the following expertise : Commercial, Distribution, Consumer, Antitrust, Regulatory, IP & IT.

His particular skills and expertise are as follows:

- Assistance in the legal security of purchasing contracts in France and abroad
- Assistance in commercial negotiations between suppliers and retailers in different business sectors (food, food supplement, medicinal product, cosmetic, medical device, electronic, industry, toys, fashion, luxury, etc.)
- Setting up / Evolution of distribution networks (franchise, authorized / selective distribution) in France and abroad due to e-commerce issues
- International implementation project management involving the coordination of foreign lawyers
- Assistance and litigation in termination of commercial relationships
- Audit of commercial practices
- Audit and trainings of operational teams relating to antitrust issues
- Assistance in the context of search and seizure operations by the Competition Authorities at French and Community level
- Legal audit in the context of sale or acquisition transactions (Due Diligence)
- Assistance in drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements (joint venture / partnership / consortium)
- Assistance in case of investigations by competition authorities at national and Community level
- Valorization of the intellectual heritage of the company: security and defense
- Standards and product regulations (special expertise on REACH & CLP regulations, Cosmetic regulations and Medical Device regulations)
- Product Crisis Management Support
- Assistance for product liability cases in France, in EU and abroad (including management of withdrawal procedure and product recall)
- Investigation by the authorities (Antitrust authorities, Anti-Fraud authorities, Healthcare and Food authorities)
- Conducting in-company training for sales forces and buyers on the best legal practices to be adopted to optimize the Supplier / Client relationship (trainer accredited by the Ministry of Economy and the Mediation of Inter-company Relations)
- Assistance in the outsourcing of the legal services ("secondment") for small, medium or large size companies during a short or long-term period
