Cécile joined Fidal’s Chartres office in 2010 after working at the international office from 2001 to 2006 including an assignment at the Brussels office for several months.

Between 2006 and 2010 she worked at the FIAT group (legal affairs directorate).

Cécile advises businesses and groups from all sectors as well as their directors and shareholders, in coordination with the firm’s specialists. She assists her clients with day to day tasks as well as one-off transactions, notably with sales, transfers and acquisitions, fundraising, capital and restructuring. She also helps resolve partnership agreements, management queries and intra-company relations.

Cécile also hosts conferences and training sessions about corporate law, independently or in collaboration with other speakers at inter-branch and interdisciplinary events.
