She holds an LLM from Duke University School of Law (United States) and a Master’s degree in environmental law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. After joining Fidal in 2019, she was admitted to the New York State bar in 2020.
Anaïs’s practice focuses mainly on facilities classified for environmental protection, waste and contaminated sites and soils. She advises clients during their development operations (environmental assessment, environmental authorization), transfers of businesses and of sites. She has also developed, alongside Thibaut Geib, a specific expertise in energy transition as applied to real estate.
