Oui Care consolidates its vision

With nearly 900 agencies and centers, 20,000 employees in France, 3,000 internationally, and more than 130,000 families supported, the Le Mans-based group (Sarthe) Oui Care, a mission-driven company, is consolidating its vision: to enable everyone to grow, live and age better at home by developing ever more comprehensive and inclusive services.

With 16 brands, including the best-known O2, Oui Care offers childcare, gardening, DIY, and concierge services in addition to housekeeping and home help. With a turnover of €500 million in 2024, the group is expected to end the year with a total of €600 million.

Against this backdrop, Oui Care is gearing up to double its volume in five to seven years and exceed €1 billion in revenue.

To achieve this, the group is organizing a second LBO and opening up its capital to La Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts) and BNP Paribas Développement. The RAISE Impact fund, already present, is recommitting.
